Lavender Margarita Recipe
For a recent birthday brunch party I served up this extra yummy cocktail using lavender from the garden. This delicious libation is easy to batch up or serve individually. MyScoop has the recipes by the glass and by the pitcher:
Lavender Margarita, serves 2
3 oz Corralejo Reposado tequila
2 oz lavender syrup (see below for recipe)
1 lime, freshly squeezed
Prosecco club soda
Lavender stem for garnish
In a cocktail shaker combine tequila, syrup, and lime juice over rocks. Shake vigorously. Pour into a lavender salt rimmed glass over ice or serve it up. Add a splash of club soda or prosecco and garnish with rose if desired.
