Squash Blossoms Stuffed With Goat Cheese

By Amy Bailey — June 27, 2014

One of the easiest ways to enjoy one of summer’s delicacies is stuff these little blossoms with goat cheese and bake. Squash blossoms have a certain sweet floral taste that just melts in your mouth. For a simple yet indulgent way to enjoy them, stuff them with goat cheese and honey and bake for 6-8 minutes at 375 degrees. You have a summer treat you can enjoy as a snack, an appetizer, or serve friends at a dinner party. If you do not have squash blossoms in your own garden, you can usually find them at a farmers market or specialty food store.
