Frose Recipe

The perfect summer party drink. There should be a warning label on this official drink of summertime that is so delicious and so easy to drink. For the smoothest frose blend in your Vitamix.

Frose Recipe

1 bottle rose, I chose Gerard Bertrand

3-4 oz simple syrup

1/2 cup frozen strawberries

2 lemons, juiced

Pour rosé into a 13×9″ pan and freeze until almost solid, at least 6 hours, I did this overnight.
Meanwhile, bring 1/2 cup sugar and ½ cup water to a boil in a medium saucepan; cook, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves, about 3 minutes. Reserve for blending frose.
Scrape rosé into a blender. Add lemon juice, 3-4 oz simple syrup, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries and purée until smooth. Transfer blender jar to freezer and freeze until frosé is thickened, about 30 minutes.
Blend again until frosé is slushy. Divide among glasses.
Garnish with small roses, rose petals or strawberries.
